What do I need to book a tour?

For international travel, you need passport with 6 months validity subsequent to the scheduled end date of the tour and sufficient number of blank pages on the passport for visa purposes. You also need to pay a 50% of the package amount as quoted in your proposal. For Indian Tours, identification proof and 50% of the package amount as quoted in your proposal is required.

When do we have to pay?

An advance amount of 50% will need to be paid to Go Caribou so as to confirm/initiate the booking of the trip. The full payment must be received 30 days before the travel date. If full payment is not paid in time as mentioned, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking with subsequent loss of deposit and apply the cancellation charges as mentioned herein.

What happens if I need to amend or cancel my tour?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you must change or cancel your travel plans. Cancellation requests must be submitted to us in writing—by letter, fax, or e-mail. We regret that we are unable to issue a full refund for cancellations. The cancellation fee generally depends on the length of notice, type of booking, and refund policies of our local providers.
